Tor primarily assists companies operating in the field of financial services, including companies with licensed operations under the auspices of the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. He also assists companies in the areas of compliance, supervision and permits, and also to a large extent with various financial transactions (credit, security agreements, leasing and factoring/invoice purchases). Tor also assists in the examination or preparation of most kinds of commercial agreements in the fields of banking and finance and M&A. In the field of Company Law, he assists clients, for example, in the implementation of shareholders’ general meetings, new share issues and the preparation of shareholder agreements.
