About me

Matthias specializes within the practice areas insurance, commercial contracts and maritime and transport. Additionally, Matthias has extensive experience in dispute resolution and continuously represents clients in arbitral proceedings and court litigations. Matthias has represented insurance companies as well as corporations from various industrial business sectors and the retail sector in court and arbitration proceedings, for example before the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC Institute).

Matthias also advises German speaking and Swedish clients in cross-border trade related matters, contract law, including distribution, agency and franchise matters, company law and cross-border disputes.
