Hans has extensive, solid experience in the field of financial legislation, regulation and financial supervision, as well as crisis management. Hans has been a permanent under-secretary with responsibility for banking and insurance at the Ministry of Finance, and was also deeply involved in managing the Swedish banking crisis in the early 1990s. For ten years, until 2005, he was Deputy Director-General and general counsel at the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. Since 2007 Hans has been a lawyer with a special focus on companies in the financial sector.
