Next is a specialist firm with both a Swedish and international focus.

Next offers highly qualified legal expertise in the areas of Contract Law, Labour Law, banking and finance, company and Stock Market Law, Construction Law, IT and Intellectual Property Law, as well as M&A and Dispute Resolution. The firm’s genuine true partnership model means that every single assignment ends up with the most suitable person for the task. We offer personal contact with a partner, while offering quick access to other specialists. We often have long-term client relationships, enabling us to offer highly qualified legal advice based on a deep knowledge of our client's businesses.

Next is the only Swedish commercial law firm that belongs to the international network Lawyers Associated Worldwide (“LAW”), which has 100 member firms in more than 50 countries. We maintain personal contact with the member firms and collaborate in several cases. Through LAW we are able to make sure that our clients receive highly qualified legal advice all over the world.

Next was established in 2007, when childhood friends Pia Nyblæus and Tor Dunér founded the law firm Dunér & Nyblæus. The firm changed its name to ADN Law in 2009 when it merged with the law firm SOLON. Magnus Tonell joined as a partner in 2014 and nearly four years later, in January 2018, partners Claes Lood, Kristoffer Sparring and Joacim Öhlund also joined the firm.

The legal profession is in a state of constant change and development, and the company name Next was also chosen to reflect this; we are quite simply taking the next step.
