Next has assisted Hästkällaren Rid Trav & Western AB in connection with the company’s listing on NGM Nordic MTF. Hästkällaren is a Swedish distributor of equipment for horses and riders, as well as ancillary products for horses, horse grooming products and equestrian sports. The first day of trading in the company’s shares is today, 17 July 2019. Next’s team consisted of Joacim Öhlund (partner) and associate Nejra Poljo.

NEXT ADVISES ON RIGHTS ISSUE AT SPOTLIGHT STOCK MARKET

The cleantech company Enrad, which develops energy-efficient and environment-friendly refrigeration & heat pump systems, has decided on a rights issue of units consisting of shares and warrants with preferential rights for the company’s current shareholders. The issue is 100 percent guaranteed through subscription commitments and guarantees.

At full subscription, Enrad will generate approximately SEK 11.1 million before share issue expenses. The rights issue comprises a maximum of 2,317,155 units.

Partner Joacim Öhlund and associate Nejra Poljo are Enrad’s legal advisers in connection with the rights issue.

The purchase took the form of the acquisition of all shares in Vanitybar AB, which owns and runs the restaurant business, which is located in the Södermalm district of Stockholm.

Next, through partners Pia Nyblaeus and Joacim Öhlund, and associate Nejra Poljo, has assisted Carlyle Group with advice on Labour Law and Company Law matters ahead of Carlyle Group’s and GIC’s acquisition of the entire Specialty Chemicals business area from Akzo Nobel for EUR 10.2 billion, which is around SEK 100 billion. The transaction is expected to be completed before the end of 2018.
