About me

Joacim specialises in Mergers and Acquisitions, Company Law and Stock Market Law. He works on an ongoing basis with companies, both listed and unlisted, in connection with matters including restructuring processes, generational changes, capital acquisitions and shareholders' meetings. He has extensive experience from public and private transactions, including cross-border transactions, as well as IPOs. Joacim has more than fifteen years' professional experience and has previously worked at, among others, Kommissionären för aktiebolagsärenden, MAQS Advokatbyrå, and as a partner at Advokatfirman Fylgia.
