About me

Mikael has many years´ experience in commercial dispute resolution, both in public court and before national and international arbitration proceedings. He is also experienced in franchising, finance and leasing, transport, as well as in company law and M&A.

Before he started his law firm career, he held positions as Corporate Counsel, General Counsel and member of the company’s management team, which rendered him valuable and substantial experience of company management as well as the travel industry.

Today, Mikael regularly assists clients within various businesses, such as trade, finance, IT and internet, marketing, transport and train traffic.
