At Next Law, we are a team.

Every individual plays an important role and contributes valuable knowledge and dedication. As Next Law continues to grow, we are looking for new colleagues who are ready to take on their next challenge.

A career at Next Law means building expertise through meaningful experiences and finding the right challenges that match your skills. It also means being part of a collaborative and supportive work environment where you can grow—both personally and professionally—and enjoy the journey along the way.

As a lawyer with us, you’ll work independently while also collaborating closely with skilled colleagues and partners who bring extensive expertise across a wide range of legal areas.

Our way of working gives you early client contact, real responsibility, and a strong platform for networking. You choose whether to specialize in one or several legal fields, and we always encourage individual initiative.

At Next, we care about every team member, and we strive to support a healthy balance between career and personal life. We place great value on community and regularly host social events where everyone—from student interns to senior partners—is included and involved.

For Students

Student Associate Program

Working in our student pool offers a great opportunity to gain your first hands-on experience in the legal profession. As a student associate, you will primarily assist with administrative tasks, but may also be involved in certain legal assignments.

To be eligible, you must be enrolled in a law program and have started your first semester. We are looking for detail-oriented, flexible, and responsible individuals who are self-motivated and eager to learn.

Summer Associate Program

We offer a four-week summer associate position for students who have completed at least five semesters of law studies. As a summer associate, you will take part in the day-to-day work of a business law firm, assisting our lawyers and partners in various legal matters.

The work is diverse and covers a wide range of legal areas, giving you valuable insight into the legal profession and the opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in practice.
