We regularly represent clients in IP disputes before courts and arbitral tribunals and provide strategic advice to strengthen and protect their intangible assets. We also act as counsel in administrative proceedings before the Swedish Intellectual Property Office (PRV) and the EUIPO.

Dispute Resolution

Dispute resolution is a core part of Next Law’s practice. We have extensive experience in handling disputes and managing conflicts across a wide range of industries and contexts.

We represent clients before courts and in both Swedish and international arbitration proceedings. Our focus is on commercial disputes, where we advise clients ranging from international corporations to small and mid-sized businesses.

Real Estate Agency Law

Through our strategic partnership with the Swedish Estate Agents Association (FMF), Next Law has long-standing experience in legal matters within the real estate brokerage sector.

We provide ongoing, practical advice to FMF, its member companies and individual agents across relevant areas of law. We also advise and represent clients in franchise matters, commission and liability disputes, supervisory proceedings before the Swedish Estate Agents Inspectorate, and related appeals before administrative courts.
