Next Law is a business law firm with both Swedish and international focus.

We offer a team of experienced lawyers with specialist expertise. Our business model ensures that each assignment is handled by the person best suited to the matter. Clients benefit from direct contact with a responsible partner, while also having efficient access to other specialists within the firm.

We often build long-term client relationships and possess industry-specific knowledge, allowing us to deliver truly tailored legal advice.

The firm regularly represents clients in court and arbitration proceedings and, through AGRD and our international network, we provide legal counsel across the globe.

Next Law is committed to the highest standards of quality, with a consistent focus on creating real value for our clients.

Next Law was founded in 2007 by childhood friends Pia Nyblæus and Tor Dunér, under the name Advokatfirman Dunér & Nyblæus.

In 2009, the firm changed its name to ADN Law Advokatfirma following a merger with SOLON Advokatbyrå. In 2014, Magnus Tonell joined as a partner, and nearly four years later, in January 2018, Claes Lood and Joacim Öhlund also became partners.

What began as a small boutique firm with two employees and a handful of specialist areas has grown into a firm with around 20 professionals, offering high-quality business law advice across a broad range of legal fields.

At Next Law, we work as a team to provide the level of service and quality that both we and our clients expect from a modern, efficient, and forward-thinking business law firm.
