Senior Associate

Johanna is a Senior Associate with several years’ experience in commercial dispute resolution and general commercial law. She specialises in litigation before the ordinary courts and arbitration, with a particular focus on commercial disputes such as contractual and damages disputes, shareholder disputes, property disputes, insurance disputes and liability disputes.

Johanna advises both Swedish and international clients on complex litigation and contract law matters, including advice on commercial contracts. Through Next Law’s work for one of Sweden’s two leading industry associations for real estate agents, Johanna also regularly deals with issues relating to the real estate agency sector.
