Thérèse is primarily active in M&A/corporate acquisitions, corporate law and commercial contract law. She regularly advises Swedish and foreign companies, mainly in connection with transactions, contracts and corporate law matters. Thérèse is also experienced in acting as board secretary and as chair and secretary at general meetings. She also assists German-speaking and Swedish clients in cross-border commercial, contract and corporate law matters.
