Mikael von Schedvin

Mikael has many years of experience in commercial disputes in both general courts and through national and international arbitration. He also has extensive experience in franchising and chain law, finance and leasing law, transport law, as well as business transfers and limited liability company law. Before starting his career as an attorney, he worked for several years as a corporate lawyer and general counsel for an airline and was also a member of the company's management team, which gave him extensive and valuable experience in entrepreneurship and the travel industry.

Mikael regularly assists clients in various industries such as trade, finance, IT and the Internet, advertising, transport and the travel industry.

We at the Swedish Motorsports Association have used Mikael's services for several years, and in several different legal matters. With over 100,000 members and competitors in sixteen different sports, which in turn have several underlying competition classes, each with their own regulations, there are a lot of legal issues on the table.
