Matthias is primarily active in the legal areas of insurance law, commercial contract law and maritime and transport law. In addition, Matthias has extensive experience in dispute resolution and regularly represents clients in arbitration and court proceedings. Matthias has represented insurance companies as well as companies in various industrial sectors and the retail trade in court proceedings and arbitration, for example in the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC).
Matthias also assists German-speaking and Swedish clients in cross-border commercial law matters, commercial contract law regarding distribution, commercial agency, franchising etc., company law and cross-border disputes.
