About me

Thérèse specialises in M&A, Corporate Law and Commercial Contract Law. She advises Swedish and foreign companies, primarily with respect to transactions, commercial contracts and general corporate matters. Thérèse also acts board secretary as well as chairman and secretary at general meetings of shareholders. In addition, she advises German speaking and Swedish clients in cross-border trade related matters, contract law and company law.
