Joacim specializes in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and stock market law. He works continuously with advice to companies, listed as well as unlisted, in connection with, among other things, restructurings, generational changes, capital raisings and general meetings. He has extensive experience from public and private transactions, including cross-border transactions, as well as IPOs. Joacim has more than twenty years of professional experience and has previously worked at, among other things, the Commissioner for Public Company Law, MAQS Advokatbyrå, and as a partner at Advokatfirman Fylgia.
