About me

Pia joined us in 2016 after completing her judicial clerkship at Örebro District Court. Typical matters Pia is involved in include intellectual property and marketing disputes, trade secrets litigation, trademark registrations and proceedings before the Swedish Intellectual Property Office (PRV) and the EU Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO), as well as commercial disputes.

Pia regularly publishes articles in her areas of expertise, including intellectual property and marketing law, for Blendow Lexnova. She also serves as a board member and secretary of AIPPI Sweden – the Swedish national group of AIPPI (the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property).
